The City Clerk Treasurer's office has a variety of responsibilities.

The Clerk Treasurer office pays the bills owed by the city and the office is responsible for the city payroll.

The office is responsible for payments that are due to the city but are billed through other departments such as: airport hanger billings, cemetery payments, curb and gutter, sidewalk, tree payments and street cut permit payments.

The Dial-A-Truck deposits are processed by the clerk treasurer's office.

The minutes from both the Board of Works and the City Council meetings are are recorded by and kept at the clerk's office. Citizens are welcome to view ordinances and resolutions at the Clerk Treasurer's office or they may be viewed on this site.

City owned cemetery records are kept at the Clerk Treasurer's office. The three city owned cemeteries are Violett, Oakridge and West Goshen.
